to know your menu choice 24 hours in advance of your
booking. Alternatively, our chef always has a vegetarian
option which you can order at the table.

Avocado layered with an aubergine caviar, topped with melted cheese and toasted almonds
~ Vegetable Frittomisto ~
Deep fried breaded herb and garlic vegetables with a Mediterranean style sweet and sour sauce. Complimented with rice
~ Potato and Cheese Polpettes ~
Medallions of potato, dill and feta cheese dusted in saffron flour and pan fried in walnut oil. Served with spicy tomato and caramelised onions
~ Leek and potato bake ~
Leek and potatoes sautéed and finished in a herb morney. Baked in a herb crust. Served on an Italian tomato sauce
~ Vegetable Kebabs ~
A selection of vegetables marinated in olive oil and soy sauce, dusted in wholegrain flour and grilled. Served with braised turmeric rice, complimented with a mild curry sauce

Grilled cubes of marinated tofu on skewers, served with a satay sauce and rice

Herb pancakes filled with braised vegetables bound in a creamy cheese velute and baked. Garnished with toasted almonds
